Thank you for a very very good stay. The hotel offers cereals and fresh fruit in the morning. Besides, parking is nearby. The venue is placed in a central position close to everything. Moreover, getting to the lake on foot takes 15 minutes.

I appreciated the hotel, it was clean with outstandingly accommodating staff at the reception desk. The location was good and perfect, for example, a subway station was walk from the venue. There was Pizza Hut nearby to grab something to eat...

The hotel's location was marvellous in a good neighbourhood. We had savoury and tasty breakfasts with yogurt and fresh fruit and fresh pastries.
We needed to have elevator, but they didn't have it.

The scenario from beginning to end, friendliness of the staff, the room, the food, really polite, nothing being too much trouble and a lovely place to stay. Thoroughly enjoyed the stay and wished it was longer.
Nothing.

Funky design, with nice design touches. Very helpful, friendly staff. Room was very clean - the hotel had clearly been recently decorated.
Room was small, nowhere to eat breakfast except picninc style on the bed, and the towels were on the small side!

Nice staff, very helpful and accommodating.
The size of the room was disappointing, just enough room for the bed.

The location was great--just a few blocks from the riverside pubs. The staff was very attentive, welcoming, and professional. Stylish decor, and the whole hotel was spotless. The beds were comfortable and the shower was excellent. They were able to provide a room perfect for a family-- a triple with plenty of space for a baby crib as well.
Breakfast in the room is not ideal, especially if you have small children. There's not any space for you to eat it other than on the bed. The food was fine, though.

Centrally placed near popular shops like M&S and Primark, providing easy access to a variety of dining and shopping options. The room with the sky window delivers unique light, although fresh air is limited.
The staircase leading to the upper floors features steep steps, which can be a challenge for those with heavy luggage or mobility issues. Breakfast delivery comes in a paper box, with options like pastries and cereal bars, but might not be satisfactory for someone seeking a hearty cooked meal. Rooms facing the high street may be noisy, especially during early morning deliveries, potentially disrupting sleep, so opting for a quieter room at the back may be a better choice.

Good location, nice to be by the river. Well equipped, fresh decor, clean.
I have never seen such a small room for a double (much much smaller than a Travelodge). Likewise the shower-room. Impossible for 2 people to get ready in the same room. Would have sacrificed some of the slick decor (which wasn't to my tastes anyway) for a bit more space.

The beds were Very comfortable. The rooms were well designed, csoy comes to mind.
The rooms were quite small great for 1 night like we did but don't think they are big enough for any longer stay than 2 nights.

The staff were fantastic!!!! They let me in my room even though I showed up at 10 am . . . even upgraded me at no extra cost and brought me a cappacino, juice, and a bite to eat as soon as I got in! They were kind, considerate, truly lovely people! I highly recommend this hotel based on the staff alone . . . not to mention the lovely, very clean, comfortable room . . . a wee bit on the small side, but who cares! Everything you want or need is there! A few minutes walk from the tube station, in a lovely neighbourhood. I'll definately go back.
There's nothing that I didn't like . . . it was perfect!
